Cancellations

Cancellation and No-Show Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. This notice allows us to offer the time slot to other patients.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 fee.

No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will incur a $100 fee.

One-Time Courtesy: At the practice’s discretion, we may waive the cancellation or no-show fee once as a courtesy. This waiver will be documented in the patient’s record. After this first occurrence, all subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will result in the applicable fee.

Payment Method: All late cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. We may require a valid credit card to be kept on file prior to scheduling future appointments.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services or products. They are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates must be utilized by the expiration date.

Consultations

Initial consultations are at no charge so that together we can determine the best skin care path for the client.  Multiple consultations will be charged $50. Any consultations that result in a prescription product that is not purchased at Glo will be charged a $50 fee for a medical consultation. 

Security Measures

To safeguard your personal information, we have implemented secure page logins and locked user accounts to email addresses so that any attempt to access login information cannot be sent to non-authorized parties.
